2012 MOSS GardenTour/ Salad Luncheon

Make plans to attend the 2012 MOSS GardenTour/ Salad Luncheon on Saturday, June 23rd. The tour includes eight beautifulgardens in Fairmontthat you tour at your leisure from 9am to 3pm.The salad luncheon is at the KCHall from 11:00am to 2:00pm. The $15.00 ticket includes a map of the gardensand the proceeds are used for special needs children in our area.Tickets go on sale in May and can be purchased from any MOSS member, at HyVeein Fairmont; OnThe Wall, Downtown Fairmont;  and at the KC Hall the day of the tour. MOSS(Many Offerings Of Special Support) has raised over $30,000 since it'sinception in 1990. MOSS meets the first Thursday of each month and new membersare always welcome. Fairmont Hot Meals on Wheels

Hot Meals on Wheels are delivered Monday through Saturday for convalescents and persons who cannot purchase and prepare adequate meals. Meals are prepared by Lakeview Methodist Healthcare. Volunteers deliver in Fairmont between 11 a.m. and noon each day. This is a community non‐profit project and not government funded. Cost is $4.75 per meal for those able to pay. Trimont Meals on Wheels

$4.00, Medical Assistance Billing is available. Volunteers deliver the meals anytime after 11:15 am To sign up for meal delivery, call Trimont Health Care Center 507-639-2381(Sandy) or 507-639-5749.This includes a balanced dinner meal with meat/ entrée, potatoes, vegetable, dessert along with bread. Requests for diabetic meals are available and follow guidelines of the nursing home.
